Introduction to intelligence and learning

Intelligence plays a very significant role in the learning process. Intelligence will affect how your trainees will learn and their ability to solve problems. It is, however, important to note that individual trainees will have different ways of learning and different levels of intelligence. It is therefore important for you, as the trainer, to understand these concepts and put in place strategies to cultivate your trainees' intelligence and impact their learning abilities.
